This house was built in 1909. It was recently restored to its turn of the last century exterior appearance. The interior restoration includes a modern kitchen with all new appliances, two remodeled bathrooms, a new laundry room, all interior rooms have been freshly painted and new carpet installed throughout the house. The restoration work was completed in July 2014. The house is furnished, decorated, and available for your vacation occupancy now!
Inside, is comfortably furnished with 3 bedrooms, 2 with queen beds, and one with Cal-King, convertible to 2 twin beds upon request. Each bedroom has an individual room thermostat for your evening comfort. This home is pooch friendly.
The Point Cabrillo Light Station California State Historic Park is owned by California State Parks. The Light Station is managed and operated by the Point Cabrillo Lightkeeper's Association, a 501-C3 nonprofit organization dedicated to the preservation and maintenance of the Point Cabrillo Light Station.
The lighthouse at Point Cabrillo is an active aid to navigation with its third order Fresnel Lens operating today just as it did in 1909. The interior of the lighthouse now contains a museum that tells the story of Northern California from the Pomo Indians, the wreck of the Clipper Ship Frolic, through the construction and reconstruction of the lighthouse.
Additional Note: Two-night minimum and One low rate all year round. Exceptions: High Rate and three-night minimum on President's Day, Easter Weekend, Memorial Day weekend, July 4th Weekend, Labor Day Weekend, Thanksgiving (4 nights) , Christmas and New Year's are the only Peak Period
